Making a Purchase

Step 1: Review the Listing

Before buying, check:

Photos (all of them!)
Shipping cost and time
Seller ratings and reviews
Which campaign benefits

Step 2: Add to Cart

Select quantity (if multiple available)
Click "Add to Cart"
Continue shopping or proceed to checkout

Step 3: Checkout

At checkout you'll:

Confirm your shipping address
Select shipping method
Review order total
Choose payment method
Complete purchase

Receiving Your Item

When your item arrives:

Inspect the item carefully
Compare to listing description
Mark as "Received" in your orders
Leave a review for the seller

If There's a Problem

If the item:

Never arrives
Is significantly different from described
Is damaged in shipping

7-day window to report issues
Full refund if item never ships
