Managing Campaigns

Once your campaign is live, keeping it active and updated is key to success. This guide covers everything you need to know about campaign management.

Campaign Dashboard

Your campaign dashboard shows:

  • Total Raised - Current amount collected
  • Goal Progress - Percentage toward your target
  • Donor Count - Number of supporters
  • Recent Activity - Latest donations and updates
  • Analytics - Views, shares, and engagement

Posting Updates

Regular updates keep donors engaged and can encourage additional donations.

How to Post an Update

  1. Go to your campaign page
  2. Click "Post Update"
  3. Write your update message
  4. Add photos if relevant
  5. Click "Publish"

What to Include in Updates

Updates should be posted at least once a week for active campaigns.

Good updates include:

  • Progress toward your goal
  • How funds are being used
  • Thank you messages to donors
  • Photos showing impact
  • Milestone celebrations

Managing Donations

Viewing Donations

In your dashboard, you can see:

  • All donations received
  • Donor information (if not anonymous)
  • Donation dates and amounts
  • Messages from donors

Thanking Donors

You can send personal thank-you messages:

  1. Click on a donation
  2. Select "Send Thank You"
  3. Write a personalized message
  4. The donor receives it via email

Withdrawing Funds

Withdrawal Process

  1. Go to Settings > Withdrawals
  2. Verify your bank account is connected
  3. Request withdrawal amount
  4. Funds typically arrive in 3-5 business days

Withdrawal Requirements

  • Minimum withdrawal: $50
  • Account must be verified
  • Campaign must have received at least one donation

Editing Your Campaign

You can edit most campaign details after launch:

Pausing or Ending

Pausing a Campaign

You might pause a campaign if:

  • You need time to process donations
  • Circumstances have changed temporarily
  • You want to update content significantly

Ending a Campaign

Campaigns can end by:

  • Reaching the goal
  • Reaching the end date
  • Manual closure by the creator

When a campaign ends:

  1. No new donations can be made
  2. Funds can still be withdrawn
  3. The campaign remains visible for reference
